On the large terrace, the wrought iron fence with stone pillars fuses easily with the Mediterranean plants growing from rustic flower pots. In such a wholly Mediterranean ambience, you can spend the whole day resting while enjoying the sounds of the waves and the scent of spruce trees.

LIVING ROOM
& KITCHEN

The Mediterranean ambience continues in the interior of the mobile home. A glass door in this dream home leads from the living room to the kitchen. The kitchen has a sink, a cooking plate, an exhaust hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Rustic, traditional decor is also visible in the living room and bedroom. There are ventilation grilles in the ceilings and the floors of the house that prevent moisture retention and help control the interior temperature. Above the door to the living room there is an air conditioner and heating unit installed, with a built-in delayed off-switch, for when you open doors or windows.
